These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Listpie, provided by NoeCrafts OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Listpie, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Listpie can be used by anyone. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when making travel decisions.

2. Use of the App

Listpie is an app for creating checkable lists like marathons (watch Oscar movies marathon, best 20 sitcoms, etc.) where users can track their progress to complete them.

Please note that Listpie is for personal use to track your progress on various lists and challenges.

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.

3. Data Storage

All entered data is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud backup (when available), your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account.

4. Purchases

Premium Lists/features are unlocked via Apple's in-app purchase system.

All payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple.

5. Disclaimer

Listpie does not offer travel, safety, or legal advice.

We are not responsible for any travel decisions made using the App.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.
